Recruiting physicians is an expensive initiative for hospitals and groups. MedPlan works closely with designated in house recruiters to train if needed and compliment their role as a recruiter. We provide salary range information as well as demographic data and research. We act as recruitment partners for the hospital and physician candidates.

Our associates work with practice positions in traditional settings, as well as hospitalist and/or outpatient situations.

We also have access to review job postings of over 350 recruitment firms. We are happy to research various geographic areas for you, providing you with the hospitals in the community, physician groups, as well as, demographic information covering the community. We have maintained a close working relationship with healthcare systems so that we can communicate with them if there are candidates who might be interested in a position in the organization.
